With a career dedicated to health and safety, I have built a wealth of hands-on experience across a variety of settings, from heritage attractions and large scale event venues to major residential developments and a global hospitality chain. Throughout my career, I’ve honed my expertise in assessing risks, implementing safety procedures and ensuring compliance with fire safety standards, always prioritising the wellbeing of staff, visitors and residents. My professional development is complemented by active membership of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers, IOSH and the National Association of Fire Door Inspectors, which keeps me at the forefront of best practices in safety and compliance.

I’ve had the opportunity to work in complex and dynamic environments, including one of the largest residential developments in Kent. A major riverside project comprising of new apartments designed to modern building standards and community living. This development required rigorous risk assessments, proactive fire safety planning, meticulous compliance with regulatory standards and coordination with contractors and stakeholders to ensure safety systems remained robust throughout. My hands‑on involvement in these large-scale developments taught me how to balance practical safety needs. A skill set I continue to apply in every job.
